hey, ronan's back!

heyooz. i know i haven been around in a while and i decide that i should stop running away and maybe i should share what i've been doing the past few months. well basically, my life's changed alot. i'm going to go into NS soon and i've grown alot closer with my kins, especially with bert and grandma. grandma's alot better now. i haven been really staying close to her most of the time actually. maybe its because i feel like sometimes she's angry that she's feeling disabled. no one's talking to her like an elder. everyone's treating her like a child. so yupz. i bet she's been feeling grumpy about that. usually she'ed smile whenever i'm there. i guess its because i tell her my problems whenever i'm upset. grandma was once shocked when i told her that i was feeling really bad over what happened the past year. but she told me that i shouldnt be crying and i should just care about myself. so yea. maybe what grandma says is right. but i've got a new problem.

oooooo mama sita!

you know what? i enjoyed my day today. last nite was good. my laptop went haywire in the middle of the nite. so i decided to vent my anger by eating my mum's hidden cornetto chocoluv ice-cream. but the better part of the whole scenario was that bert and shalini were in a phone conference with me at that time. so yea, they talked to me and made me forget the whole lousy situation. so we decided to go out together in the morning, to TEKKA! muahahha. shalz hate the whole idea. but we had no choice actually. we had to cross tekka to go to sim lim square to get my laptop fixed up.

so we didnt exactly leave in the morning actually. i went to play street soccer instead. LOL. i had training. so we left at 3. and guess what. shalz cheated me and bert. she said that she was in braddel station(but the fact, she was actually waiting for us in little india station, soooo nice of her to make us the butt of the joke. lol. but it was nice).

so we started to walk to sim lim square, got there, found the shop and in the end, they gy checked the laptop and said it was working fine. soooo stupid! of course la, the laptop was working fine with him, but with me?????!!!! but yea, he told me to go to acer and check it out. so i told him ok. we left sim lim. on the way, i saw this hot girl, so i pointed at her and said SARAKKU really loudly. okay, sarakku means hot babe in tamil terms. so yea. she turned and stared at me, i'm not sure why, but you could say that fear was written in my face. i thought she was gonna punch me or something. but noooo, she followed me, smiling and talking nonsense with her friend. sheesh. so i was telling bert that she's behaving weirdly. all of us noticed. but we continued walking to the mrt again. we were gonna go to tan tock seng. so yea. went to meet my another cuzzin sister. so we met her and stuffs. i gave her my gameboy which she wanted badly. i'm not sure whats she planning to do with it. but i guess i need it back in two weeks. so yea

after meeting my cuzzin, we went to novena square for dinner at KFC. we spent time talking and stuffs, till my mum called. damn. she was making alot of noise. so i had to rush back home. good thing though, bert, nathan and shalu followed me to paya lebar. after reaching paya lebar, we split ways and i went to my grandma's house while the other 3 of them went back to kovan. so yea, i guess thats all that happened during the day.

okay friends, its time to be a little serious in this post. i'm not sure why. the past few days have been agonising for me. i've been feeling really uncomfortable at my grandma's house. the maid's irritating me. my sis has been on my tail over her handphone ear piece. she wasnt even using it in the first place. and my body's been feeling weak and old all of a sudden. i'm not sure why. it could be that i've been pushing my body through my bodybuilding exercise regimes and near consistent soccer games. i've been trying to get into a fitter shape lately. so yeah. i've achieved more toning on my biceps on the shoulders and more shape on my calf muscles. but i've become more tired and weary. and its kinda depressing me because i'm really used to moving about steadily. but there's been one thing thats really annoying me, causing me to raise my point on the topic this time. so yea. i wanna get on with it. i'd not like to keep everyone waiting on my view. so yeah. i'm getting on with it.

well, i wanted to say what i thought about love. you know, the boyfriend girlfriend thingy? you could call it puppylove if you were below the age of 18 or anything. or you could call it infatuation if it isnt true love. another word for infatuation is lust. i know anyone in love or believes in love would call me a crazy or would probable think i'm a lousy person. but those reading this posting, PLEASE! just listen to my pleas and my words before you judge me.

i'm a believer in love. but i really do NOT believe that in this era we're living in true love is sacred. try asking any person who has a girlfriend. every person with a girlfriend or a boyfriend would say that they're a true lover. but try asking them this. do they know what it takes to be a true lover? what would you think they would say? lol. or maybe you need me to explain?

what do you think true love is? love at first sight? long distance love? puppy love? post love feelings for another person? maybe. i cant say that all these types of loves arent true. but lets say most of them arent. read my lips again. I SAY NONSENSE TO THE FACT THAT LOVE BETWEEN MOST COUPLES THESE DAYS ARE TRUE LOVE. dont tell me that love is based on just sweet words or sweet things you do for the opposide gender. utter rubbish. i've seen many couples, maybe enuff to say that most boyfriends and girlfriends arent serious about their relationships. i could even say that they're in one for the sake of having a girlfriend or a boyfriend. ever wondered why? pls dont blame your friends about it. blame yourself for not being wise enough to think about if you had a relationship when you were not serious, what damage you could do to yourself or the girl or the guy you're with. good that you might be thinking what damage you could do. well, realise this. your pride is at stake. imagine yourself with a girl or guy you were in a relationship with once upon a time. and in the future, you find a new relationship regardless of just another lover or your true soulmate. what if.... your partner had already even knew before of your last relationship? what if it was a bad past relationship? wouldnt you be in a dilemma that you would feel lost of pride and dignity. you might even feel that the person you're with might not trust you or like you sooner or later. i'm not trying to say that it might happen to everyone. it just might happen to anyone. it would be a nicer story if the person you're with is ready to put everything behind to be with you. but the truth is, being truthful and honest in a relationship is essential. even more important, when you pledged to be with someone, uphold the word you have given. you cannot expect everything to run smoothly. nothing runs smoothly when you arent serious in a relationship. the person you're with might be serious and when everything goes wrong, wont they be injustified? what justice is good if you're gonna get away for not being serious about love? and you wanna call it true love? WRONG!

if you're serious in love, good. but show it the way you wanna show. why should you listen to what others say in your relationship. only you and the person you're with matters in one relationship. but when you're in a relationship, pls dont expect a person to be all perfect. there isnt such a thing as a perfect relationship. nvm the fact that they have some flaws. dont you have any flaws? but at the same time too much flaws isnt good either. so what makes a person good but has flaws? someone who has the compassion to feel for another person. to understand that his actions has consequences and effects on others. if a person is able to keep everyone around himself happy, you could consider him or her reliable. but a person who thinks that he's reliable in theory, he's no good because he's only saying he's reliable. but where are the actions to show that he's reliable? for an instance, can you call yourself a true lover without knowing whats the meaning of the term true love? to understand true love, you need to understand that no one is perfect and each person has limitations. you cannot expect them to be in your standards. when it comes to love, you should never size up a person. so yea

another thing i wanna say. whats the use of being with someone and in the end, the person ends up not liking his opp number or ends up liking someone else? does anyone have a clue why do some smart people do that? dont they have a conscience that they might be hurting anyone? maybe if they did have a valid reason or something. but has anyone every tried to change a person they loved if they did wrong instead of leaving them in the ditch for some other person? so is this another term for true love? i dont think so. think about it friends. think hard. if you wanna be in a relationship, make sure you know that you know what you're doing and remember that its not a one man show. its takes two to clap. and it takes two to love. respect true love. not imitate it.

DAMN THE WASPS!!!!

you know what? i HATE wasps. you heard me. LOL

i had wasps infestations in my house's porch for a few days now and i knew nothing about it. and i had to find out at a WRONG TIME! sheesh! damn that wasp. i was just standing in my own property. why cant the wasp find a own place of its own instead of INFESTING MY LOVELY HOME?!?!?! arggh

i was standing in my house porch trying to find a pair of socks for myself. and i heard a loud buzzing. so when i turned around, i saw that damned thing flying towards me! YUCKS! i was scared to death. i knew that shape and it wasnt a bee. luckily i managed to scramble back into the house. but not before it landed on me trying to sting me. took me about 10 mins to recover.

LOL, you know what i did after that? haha. i was hiding behind the glass sliding door and cursing the wasp for an hour, before i finally decided to call my bestfriend's house. his mum answered the phone. so i told mrs.franklin about the dilemma i was in. i wasnt able to go out or come in. the wasp was aggressive. so i was adviced to call the ministry of environment and inform them about it. and i did. but they said that they werent able to do the job as the nest was within my house premises. so i called mrs.franklin back and told her about it. so she sent down anusha.

arggh, the first thing anusha did when she reached my house was to laugh at me from outside the gate. she was laughing at me for being afraid of a little thing. note the word "little". so i was pointing to the nest's direction. and from about 10 metres away, she was squinting her eyes to see a 10 cm long and 5 cm wide nest. she thought that the queen wasp wasnt around. so she stepped closer to the wasp nest. when she was about 2 metres away, that damned thing tried to attack her. she was taken aback by its size. that thing was as BIG AS A SPARROW. ghastly thang! YUCK! so right before it attacked her, she brought out the INSECTICIDE and she sprayed it. the wasp didnt back off initially. it was trying to find an opening to sting her. but it couldnt find one. so it flew off. only then i came out to finish the job. i KILLED THE DAMN WASP NEST! MUHAHAHA. kill the damn baby maggots! they were really disgusting. i broke open the nest made of mud with a stick. then anusha proceeded to spray at the maggots with the insecticide. i was really relieved after that. i did some research on the wasps and found out that each hive would last about 5 years and grow as big as a ball with a diameter of a 1m. i just wish that i wouldnt have to see the wasp again. LoL!

MR FRANKIE, MR NATHAN AND ME!

REMEMBER how i have often said that i love being around bert? muhahaha. this bog is about my bestie bert, his younger brother and me. when the three of us are together, all hail the three fellow partying chimpz.
firstly, lets start with me.

i'm the kinda guy who loved romance. remember the word LOVED. i used to go out hoping that someday, i'd be able to happily romance with some girl and not bothering anyone. ah well, everything changed when i met bert! muhahahah. now i really cant give a TOOT about being romantic. haha. well thats because i love to make noise now. haha. have you ever gone out for late nite dinner with your friends and had a challenge there? HAHA. i've done so with bert, nathan and gang. nathan and bert challenged me to a mini fear factor challenge. its your guess.................. well, they challenged me to drink up a mix of disgusting stuffs to form a drink that was really STINKY, AWFUL LOOKING(looks like vomit) and tastes like something that you cannot expect to come across. well lemme give you the ingredients.

1) hor fun sauce
2) vinegar
3) tea
4) fried chicken skin
5) a bit of f&n grape
6) sambal chilli
7) some cut chilli
8) i'm not sure what the other ingredients are. but trust me, nothing you wanna know

well, they conjured up this mixture and gave it to me. MO(a friend) was vegetarian that nite(like real! he was just saying to impress a friend of mine who was a girl). so he was talking alot saying that i would drink it because i was fearless like a lion(stupid MO!). the rest of them were thinking that i wouldnt drink it. and they started placing bets. hahah. bad thing to do. in the end, i got bert to put down his 5 dollar note. AND I DRANK THAT MIXTURE! muahahah. i got his 5 dollar. but too bad la, i gave it to this old lady cleaner in my school the next day because she asked for money. so yupz. but yea, after drinking that yucky thing, i almost threw up. and guess what, i fell sick! wahahahah!


lets talk about NATHAN now. lol. this guy, he's the most adorable fella i've seen so far. but trust me, you dont listen to him, he's still just gonna make you listen to him. haha. cute guy. the way he talks and acts, its kinda cool having a little brother like him. whichever girls who goes out with us(when he's around us) he's always getting the most attention. sheesh. all that scolding me and bert have gotten and all the adoring he's gotten from the same girl. who else would do that? haha. SHALU OF COURSE. hahaha. actually, i dont get much scolding. its bert. LOL! well you see, nathan loves cars. he's got this whole collection of the small hand sized car displays. usually he plays with his favourite. so one day he left his favourite car on the floor. and guess what? BERT STEPPED ON THE TOY CAR WITHOUT KNOWING. haha. you should have seen bert getting pummelled that day by nathan. WAHAHAHAHA! i was there after he got pummelling. too bad la. haish. but when i got there, bert was busy massaging the painful areas of his body. lol, hear he had a cantona karate kick. hahaha! oh well, bert had to buy him the exact model of the car anyway. i tried going out with preethi to look for the car. but i guess i couldnt find it.



LETS GET TO THE MAIN CHARACTER OF THIS POSTING. MR ADALBERT FRANKLIN aka BERT aka FRANKIE

well this guy, he's a superguy! he can make you laugh anywhere and anytime. the best part. he's my bestie. all that laughter and jokes we've came up with. those are real miracles(I MEAN REALLY HUGE MIRACLES! LOL!!). oh ya, me bert and nathan, we know how to have fun. one scenario, when we were walking in orchard at nite, me and nathan, we carried bert a short distance and sang along the way we carried him. haha. everyone turned and looked at us. they were amused. so yupz. so were we. another one was we took this plastic cover for wet umbrellas and blew air in them. then we tied them to form a inflated plastic stick. haha. we used that to hit one another on the head. it was kinda funny looking at us fighting with those things in the middle of orchard. oh ya. we didnt stop there. we went to toys r us and ran around like little kids. we even found toy swords and played for at least an hour in toys r us. HAHAHA. cool eh? so how do we enjoy that much in a single day after a movie? LOL. oh ya. he's hot too. too bad that he's shalu's forever! muahahahah. oh ya, there's a picture of bert in the towel. haha. he went to take a shower actually. so i was outside the toilet door and guess what? i started to spray water into his eyes with a water gun and he was running after me throwing soap foam on me. he wasnt naked la. hahah! he was wearing a shorts underneathe with a towel on top. he did that for fun. so yupz! hahahaha

SOCCER SOCCER SOCCER!!!

HEYOOZ! i guess i had a tiring day today. i didnt do much actually. i woke up in the morning and had my breakfast before i used the computer. then at noon, i was blogging. so yepz. the last post was done at noon.

well, after blogging and doing some other stuffs, in the evening, i went to play street soccer. i called up my friend shashen and told him that i was playing today. so by the time i went to the court at serangoon north, it was already about 5:45. you know what? i enjoyed my game today! muahahaha

today i felt at ease on the ball. i was running all over the court. and i could control the ball without any hesitation. a plus point after a long time. i hadnt been playing too well on many recent occasions. but i think this time i managed to pull myself together. i scored quite a few goals. most of my goals were special. i felt that the way i scored them, i felt good after that. i gotta admit. the way i was playing today, it felt really good to be right where i wanted to be. shashen was surprised at how well i played. so yepz. i got a few compliments for him. he's invited me over to play with him this sunday with his team. so lemme see how i fare the next time! muahahahah. hopefully i do well again. i'm not very good at field games. so yupz

POWER TO THE THREE!

you know what? the movie outing yesterday was GREAT! i'm still feeling the tiredness from yesterday's fun. actually it wasnt really a movie outing. we kinda skipped movies. lol. so we went roundings at PS. haha. GUESS WHERE WE ENDED UP?! lol. we ended up at the arcade beside the movie place. we had alot of fun there. i challenged adalbert to a game of virtual cop to see who was better. lol. it was a really close race. haha. but i think in the end i had 2 times more points then him at that game. SORRY BERT!MUHAHAHAHAHA!!!! then me, shalu and frankie(bert) played daytona. the first game was horrible for me. my car spun out of control the moment the game started. so i was left 1 round behind them. but it was close. i managed to catch up very close behind the two of them and still ended up at 3rd. HAHAHA. oh well. at least i caught up to them. then we had a second race. i started at the 3rd and i managed to overtake bert and shalu. bert was desperately trying to make me crash. but everytime he tried to knock me, i kept making him crash. haha. in the end he was 3rd behind shalu. and she OVERTOOK ME! sheesh. i was having a scare. there was only 3 seconds left and she was in front of me by a small distance! i thought the game was over when it was "00" seconds. but luckily she reached the checkpoint in time. and guess what? i overtook her and remained in the lead the rest of the way! muahahahaha. i'm not sure how bert caught up to her(AFTER CRASHING 3 OR 4 TIMES THANKS TO ME! WAHAHAHAH) but he overtook her. LOL. so bert ended up 2nd and shalz was 3rd. then the next thing we played was outrun2. i'm not sure but we messed up everything. lol. we all were playing solo. but it was cool. i managed to complete two areas in that game. bert completed 1 but shalz had difficulty playing. maybe she wasnt really used to that game. it was kinda hard driving the car actually.

oh well, after going to arcade. we came back to kovan. and we decided to order pizza. so we called the delivery service and ordered pelican pizza. then the 3 of us rushed back to my house and we waited there for the pizza to arrive. nathan(bert's younger brother" joined us at my house. my parents werent back yet. so we were talking and stuffs. when the pizza came, shalu paid for the pizza. damn. i'm seriously not gonna let her spend for me again. but yerz. so i brought the plates and stuffs. AND THEN, my parents called to say they were coming home! OMFG! they were gonna kill me for having a pizza gathering in the house without them around. so yepz. i quickly cleaned all the evidence that pointed to a pizza gathering. and the 4 of us went over to bert's place with the pizzas and the drinks. ah well. my parents knew about the pizza thingy later on. thank god i had some pizzas to give them. lol.

well in bert's house. his dad finally met shalini! haha. his d-i-l. i was kinda laughing. even the house pet dog, belle, liked shalini. belle was sticking close to shalini. everyone loved her there. so yupz. i guess its a good thing. oh well. i didnt stay long at his house. i was there till about 10.30pm. so me and shalz left at that time. you know what?! haha. bert walked shalini down alone with her! MUAHAHA. HIS DADDY'S COMMAND! lol. his dad was trying to get them to be together alone anyway. haha. because bert was trying to drag me along with him. he was shy of being alone with shalini. LOL.

ah well, i didnt follow them. i was just too tired. so when i reached home, i gave mum and dad some pizzas and i just went straight to bed. i was trying to keep awake at nite to call shalini. but i guess i was too tired. and i fell asleep. it was today at about 9 that i woke up. and i'm still feeling groggy.

well people. its about 2:55pm now. i've gotta get ready. i'm gonna go and play street soccer at 5. so i've gotta leave my granny's house now and head on home to change up first before reaching the court at 5. oh ya, i'm at paya lebar right now. in my grandma's place.
